Evidence-based Health Care
The health care system is characterised by the rapid change and flexibilisation of work and performance requirements. Communal action by various professional groups is therefore a central prerequisite for optimal health care. Interdisciplinary professional cooperation will increase in importance in the future, because the range of illnesses, forms of therapy, patient preferences and scientific findings will continue to develop and change. The demand for personnel with skills in the evaluation of the benefits, effectiveness and economic efficiency of health care services will increase. The master's degree programme Evidence-based Health Care (M.Sc.) qualifies students for the scientific assessment of clinical measures and for the evaluation of the evidence of clinical measures in the health professions.
