The staff of Hochschulsport (Bochum University Sports) is your central contact partner if you are planning to actively engage in sports during your leisure time. The sports courses offered are targeted mainly at the students and staff of the Ruhr University as well as of the cooperating higher education institutions in Bochum.
The staff of Hochschulsport organises a diverse and demand-driven programme of about 50 sports in order to provide a counterbalance to university study and work life. The persons responsible for these programmes are careful to integrate new sports and trends on a regular basis.
