Research and Development Projects (R&D) at the Hochschule für Gesundheit

An important feature of universities for applied sciences in Germany is that they promote the transfer between science and practice exceptionally well. This takes place through the conception and implementation of research and development projects (R&D).

Research and development projects are in this way characterised such that their results consist of new findings or innovations. In addition to the degree of innovation, the interdisciplinary character is among the properties of these projects. The self-conception of research and development at hsg is based on application-oriented research and development for practical use.

As a young university, the hsg attaches significant importance to cooperation with the regional, national, European and international research partners from science and the economy.
