International Applicants for a Place to Study

International applicants can be divided into different categories. Here you will find further information on the different groups:

• Group 1: You are of foreign nationality but have acquired your higher education entrance qualification in Germany or at a German school abroad. More information.
• Group 2: You have acquired your higher education entrance qualification within the EU and thus have the same status as German students. More information.
• Group 3: You have acquired your higher education entrance qualification in a non-EU country. You application documents will be certified by uni-assist which is responsible for the conversion of marks. More information.

Language Proficiency

Before starting their studies, it is necessary for applicants in all groups to furnish evidence of sufficient German language proficiency. This ensures that you can follow all lectures without any problems and as a consequence can successfully complete your studies at the Hochschule für Gesundheit.

If you are not among the students who have proved that they satisfy the German language requirements by virtue of having received their higher education entrance qualification within Germany (group 1), there are several language tests which can assist you in providing evidence of your language proficiency.
